A variety of fee-based group exercise classes are offered in the Clubhouse Ballroom and the Annex through Clark Fitness and Hyland Wellness. FREE water aerobics classes, conducted by resident volunteers, are also offered in the Indoor Pool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, from 9-10 and 10:30-11:30 a.m. During the summer, the 9 - 10 a.m. class is offered in the Outdoor Pool, weather permitting. The Fitness Center, located in the Clubhouse, provides a broad range of exercise equipment for full-circuit cardio, endurance and strength training. The room includes five exercise bikes, six eliptical machines, six treadmills, and a variety of machines for upper, mid and lower body workouts. There also is an exercise mat for stretching and other floor exercises, physioballs, a rack of hand weights and barbells, and three adjustable flat benches. The Fitness Center is open daily from 5 a.m - 10 p.m.
