Get Moving

A variety of fee-based group exercise classes are offered in the Clubhouse Ballroom and the Annex through Clark Fitness and Hyland Wellness. Click on their links for further information on the schedule, location and fees for these classes. Personal and small group training can also be arranged by calling Ron Hyland of Hyland Wellness, 732-608-3683, or Marie Wedgeworth of Clark Fitness, 908-770-8653.
 
The Fitness Center, located in the clubhouse and open from 5 a.m.-10 p.m., provides a broad range of workout equipment for full-circuit cardio, endurance and strength training.
