INDOOR
 
The centerpiece of the community is our 30,000 square-foot Community Clubhouse. As you step through the main entrance, a beautifully decorated grand lobby leads to Terry's Cafe. Also located in the lobby is a reception desk, where our Activities Staff will answer questions about clubs and activities, upcoming events, or anything else of interest to you.

Located next to the main clubhouse is the Annex, which formerly had served as the sales center for the community, and now houses a large multi-purpose room for meetings, special events and exercise classes, as well as a separate Art & Craft Studio. The Annex may also be rented by residents on weekends for private parties, with catering provided by Terry's Cafe.

OUTDOOR
 
Renaissance has many outdoor recreation amenities that may be enjoyed by residents and their guests. Please remember, guests using any amenity must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Outdoor Amenities

Basketball Hoop
A regulation height and size basketball hoop is available. The concrete “court” is not full size and is suitable for shooting practice or half-court games only.

Bocce Courts
Four regulation sized Har-Tru bocce courts are available for use.

Children's Playground
A small playground, also known as the “tot lot” is available for use by children accompanied by an adult. (Please note that this area is temporarily closed for renovation and new equipment).

Golf Course
A beautiful 18-hole executive golf course located in the center of Renaissance. Residents must be members of the Renaissance Golf Association to play on the course. Guests who are not members may play at certain times of day, when accompanied by a member.

Horseshoe Pits
Two horseshoe pits are available.

Nature Trail
An unpaved one mile grass and wooded walking trail along the rear and northern perimeter of the community.

Outdoor Pool
A heated chlorine swimming pool, small kiddie pool, hot tub and shaded pergolas. Lifeguards are on duty at all times the pool is open, except weekdays during the extended season in September. Rest rooms and a changing area are accessible in the pool area.

Pavilions
Two covered pavilions are available for club and resident use. Many people use this area to play cards or mahjong in the summer or for group cookouts and BBQs.

Pickleball Courts
Three pickleball courts are available for playing this fast-growing sport.
